Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our platform in one place—features, pricing, integrations, and more, all answered for you.
What types of wire mesh do you supply?
We offer a full range of woven wire mesh, window insect screens, filter mesh, welded wire mesh panels, mining mesh, and decorative/architectural mesh. Materials include low‑carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and special alloys. We can supply rolls, sheets, cut‑to‑size pieces, and ready‑to‑install fence panels to suit different projects.
How do I choose between woven mesh and welded mesh?
Woven wire mesh is made by interlacing wires, giving flexible structure and precise apertures—ideal for screening, filtration, and fine separation. Welded mesh is created by welding at each intersection, giving a rigid, flat panel—perfect for fencing, cages, partitions, and reinforcement. If your application needs strength and shape stability, choose welded mesh; if you need accurate openings or bending/forming, woven mesh is usually better.
What mesh is best for window and insect screening?
For windows and doors, we recommend our window screen (insect screen) series. Common options are: Fiberglass screen for cost‑effective residential use; Aluminum or stainless steel screen for higher strength and better corrosion resistance; Security/anti‑theft screens with thicker wire for added protection. You can choose different mesh counts and colors to balance airflow, visibility, and privacy.
What should I consider when selecting filter mesh?
When choosing filter mesh, please confirm: Medium to be filtered (air, water, oil, chemicals, slurry, etc.); Required filtration accuracy (micron or mesh size); Working temperature and pressure; Whether the mesh will be cleaned and reused. Our team can help you select a suitable wire diameter, aperture, and mesh type, and provide multi‑layer sintered or pleated structures for demanding filtration tasks.
Where is welded wire mesh commonly used?
Welded wire mesh is widely used for perimeter fencing, safety guards, animal cages, shelving, concrete reinforcement, and industrial partitions. Our panels can be supplied with hot‑dip galvanizing and powder coating in standard RAL colors, with matching posts and accessories, so you can build a complete fence system quickly on site.
What is mining mesh and what makes it different?
Mining mesh (mine screen mesh) is designed for heavy‑duty use in quarries, coal mines, and aggregate plants. It features thicker wires, higher tensile strength, and special apertures for vibrating screens, support mesh, and rock‑fall protection. We can offer high‑manganese steel, spring steel, and wear‑resistant materials, as well as hooked‑edge or polyurethane‑covered screens to match your equipment.
