Monel wire mesh is woven from nickel‑copper Monel alloys (mainly Monel 400), offering excellent resistance to seawater, salt spray, many acids and alkalis. It maintains strength and stability in highly corrosive and marine environments.
Typical applications include seawater filtration, desalination, marine strainers, chemical and petroleum filters, heat exchanger protection, pump and valve screens, and other parts exposed to brine or acidic media. Mesh count, wire diameter and sheet/roll sizes can be customized.
