The photo shows stainless steel sintered mesh filter cartridges that have recently entered mass production in our plant. These cartridges are made from multiple layers of stainless steel mesh sintered in a vacuum furnace and then rolled and welded into shape. The inner and outer surfaces are smooth and the structure is robust, providing high mechanical strength and a stable pore distribution. By designing different layer combinations and weave patterns, we can achieve micron ratings from 1 μm to 200 μm, balancing filtration efficiency and permeability for various working conditions.

During production, each cartridge goes through cutting, rolling, argon‑arc welding, roundness calibration and polishing. Finished products are subjected to air‑tightness checks, burst pressure tests and repeated back‑washing tests to ensure stable performance under high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments. The cartridges are widely used in petrochemical, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, water treatment and gas purification industries and are well received by customers worldwide.

To match different equipment configurations, we offer multiple connection types such as threaded ends, flanges and clamp‑type quick connections, and can customize non‑standard dimensions and structures according to drawings. Our technical team also helps clients optimize cartridge designs to improve filtration efficiency and extend service life, ensuring reliable operation of their systems.
