Our company has recently completed production and shipment of a batch of stainless steel wire mesh rolls. Each roll is individually packed in a thick paper tube and neatly arranged in a dedicated turnover crate. After winding, every roll undergoes inspection for appearance, dimensions and mesh accuracy. A clear label is then attached, indicating material grade, mesh count, wire diameter, width, length and batch number, which greatly facilitates customer warehousing and traceability. The paper‑tube packaging not only protects the mesh from deformation during handling, but also reduces direct contact with the environment, preventing scratches and contamination on the metal surface.

During packing, we carefully plan the placement and number of layers in the crate according to each order, ensuring proper spacing between rolls to avoid mutual compression during transport. Cushioning pads are added inside the crate to further enhance shock resistance. A detailed packing list and handling instructions are affixed to the outside of each crate so that customers can quickly verify quantities and specifications upon receipt. With this standardized packing process and meticulous labeling system, we significantly improve the delivery quality of our mesh rolls and provide a reliable foundation for customers’ subsequent processing and installation.
