Copper wire mesh is woven from high‑purity copper wire, featuring excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance (especially in non‑oxidizing environments) and outstanding ductility. The soft and malleable nature of copper allows the mesh to be easily cut, formed and soldered, making it suitable for both technical and decorative uses.
Copper wire mesh is available in plain weave and twill weave, from coarse to ultra‑fine mesh counts. Typical mesh ranges from 4 to 300 mesh, with wire diameters from about 0.02 mm to 2 mm. It can be supplied in rolls, panels or deep‑processed parts.
