Titanium Wire Mesh – Medical & Industrial Grade

Titanium wire is produced from high‑purity titanium and titanium alloys, offering an excellent combination of low density, high specific strength, outstanding corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. It retains good mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and shows exceptional resistance in chloride, seawater and many chemical environments.

Typical grades include commercially pure titanium (Grade 1, Grade 2) for corrosion resistance and formability, and titanium alloys such as Grade 5 (Ti‑6Al‑4V) for higher strength and aerospace applications. Surface conditions can be bright, pickled or sand‑blasted, supplied in coils or straight lengths.

• Grades available: commercially pure titanium (Grade 1, 2, 3, 4) and alloys such as Grade 5 (Ti‑6Al‑4V), Grade 7, Grade 9, etc. to suit different strength and corrosion requirements
• Mechanical properties: high tensile strength with low density (~4.5 g/cm³); strength and ductility tailored via alloy grade and heat treatment
• Corrosion performance: forms a stable oxide film, highly resistant to seawater, chloride media, many acids and alkalis; widely used in marine and chemical industries
• Surface condition: bright drawn, polished, pickled or oxide surface; tight control of surface defects for welding and medical use
• Processing & machinability: suitable for drawing, forming, coiling and welding; supplied as soft/annealed or hard/cold‑worked condition according to application
• Typical applications: aerospace fasteners, marine fittings, chemical equipment, medical implants and orthodontic wire, springs, jewelry, sport equipment, electronic and optical components

Lightweight, High‑Strength Metal Wire

Titanium Wire

Titanium wire is made from industrial‑grade or alloy titanium, offering an exceptional balance of high strength, low weight and excellent corrosion resistance. Non‑magnetic and biocompatible, it performs reliably in harsh environments including seawater, chemical media and the human body.

Corrosion‑Resistant & Bio‑Friendly

Titanium Wire for Marine

With great resistance to acids, alkalis and chloride‑rich environments, titanium wire is widely used in marine hardware, desalination equipment, chemical processing, electroplating anodes, aerospace fasteners, medical implants, dental devices and sports equipment. It is available in different grades, diameters and surface finishes to match strength, formability and corrosion‑resistance requirements.
