Stainless steel crimped wire mesh is a type of woven wire mesh made from pre‑crimped stainless steel wires. The wires are first crimped by special dies, then woven together in an over‑under pattern so that each intersection is firmly locked. This structure gives the mesh excellent dimensional stability, high load‑bearing capacity and uniform openings.
It is widely used as vibrating screen mesh in mining, quarrying, aggregate processing and coal plants for grading and screening stone, sand and ores. In addition, stainless steel crimped mesh is used for barbecue grills, machine guards, fencing, safety barriers, animal cages, decorative panels, shelves and ventilation covers.
