Stainless steel vibrating screen mesh is a wear‑resistant screening medium installed on vibrating screens and sifters for grading, sizing and filtering bulk materials. It is typically woven from high‑tensile stainless steel wire into square or rectangular apertures, with flat or crimped wire to improve stability and resistance to vibration fatigue.
Using stainless grades such as 304, 304L, 316 and 316L, the mesh offers excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature performance and hygiene, making it suitable for wet or dry screening in harsh, abrasive or food‑grade environments.
