To facilitate batch installation and on‑site management for our customers, we have added leveling, deburring and palletized packing processes for expanded metal sheets. Specialized leveling equipment eliminates warping and waves caused during slitting and stretching so that sheets maintain excellent flatness, which is beneficial for subsequent welding, bolted connections and site installation.

After leveling, the sheets are sorted by size and stacked on wooden pallets reinforced with steel angles. The stacks are then secured with strapping and stretch film, making them easy to handle by forklift while ensuring stability and safety during long‑distance transport. For products that will be stored outdoors for extended periods, waterproof covers and anti‑rust labels can be added to remind users of proper storage conditions.

These expanded metal sheets are now widely used in plant fencing, stair treads, anti‑slip walkways, machine guards and decorative façade panels. Standardized packaging and clear labeling allow contractors to quickly identify specifications and distribute materials to different work areas, significantly improving on‑site management efficiency.
