Unified process parameters and work instructions are implemented on each line, while a visual board system displays order progress and machine status in real time. This allows operators and supervisors to adjust schedules quickly, reducing waiting time and process bottlenecks. For regular products, we maintain safety stock levels with early‑warning controls, so that we can offer shorter lead times while keeping inventory turnover healthy.
We also place strong emphasis on staff training and workplace safety. Regular quality improvement activities and 6S audits help keep the environment clean and orderly, with defect rates continuously decreasing. Through the combination of digital tools and refined management, we are confident in providing more stable and efficient supply services to customers at home and abroad.
