The picture shows our steel grating drainage platforms, which are widely used in wastewater treatment plants, chemical plants, around cooling towers, in utility tunnels and for various equipment maintenance walkways. The gratings are made by pressure‑welding flat bars and twisted rods, giving them light self‑weight, high load‑bearing capacity and excellent drainage and ventilation. With hot‑dip galvanizing, the surface is well protected against corrosion, enabling long‑term outdoor or high‑humidity use with minimal maintenance.
During design, we consider opening ratio, anti‑slip requirements, load class and installation method for each project. Serrated flat bars can be used to enhance slip resistance, while different fixing methods such as saddle clamps, bolted connections or welding are available to ensure safety and structural stability. Toe plates and railing systems are usually installed along the platform edges to prevent tools or objects from falling.
With advanced automatic welding lines and extensive engineering experience, we provide a complete service package, including on‑site measurement, structural design, drawing layout, fabrication, surface treatment and installation guidance. Our steel grating platforms have been widely applied in municipal projects, power and energy, metallurgy and mining, earning an excellent reputation for reliability and service quality.
