Our stainless steel wire mesh production lines are currently running at full capacity, and large‑width mesh rolls are well stocked to meet bulk purchase demands in filtration, screening, protection and architectural decoration. Using automatic warp‑and‑weft arranging systems and high‑precision looms, we ensure uniform apertures, accurate wire diameters and stable widths, with neatly wound rolls free from creases.
After each roll comes off the line, it undergoes visual inspection, dimensional measurement and flatness checks. Sample rolls are also tested for tensile strength and corrosion resistance when necessary to meet international standards and specific customer requirements. Depending on the application, we provide various stainless steel grades such as 304, 304L, 316 and 316L, and multiple weave types including plain, twill and Dutch weave.
The rolls can be directly processed into filter discs, screens, filter cartridges, industrial dust removal and ventilation components, or used in curtain walls and interior partitions for decorative projects. We can rewind and pack rolls according to specified lengths and core diameters, with paper cores, moisture‑proof paper and woven bags providing multiple layers of protection for long‑term storage and long‑distance transport.
