With the introduction of high‑precision shearing machines, CNC cutting tables and dedicated fixtures, we can now cut ultra‑fine mesh down to 0.03 mm thickness as well as wide‑width rolls with stable accuracy. Combined with the practical experience of our skilled operators, dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled while deformation and burrs are minimized.
We are able to provide a wide range of customized cutting services, including straight strips, round discs, rings, sectors and complex shapes. Edge treatments such as hemming, banding and spot‑welding reinforcement can also be applied according to the application, allowing the mesh to be installed directly into filters, sieving machines and protective guards, thus reducing secondary processing time and cost for our clients.
